Not able to see the Instagram account I want to add to Ezcopy?
If you are getting any error when trying to connect to your Instagram Page, then most probably there is an error not allowing the connection between Facebook and Instagram to go through, or some permissions are missing on the Business Integrations section.
Verify your account linked between Facebook and Instagram:
Go to the Facebook page that you have connected to Instagram.
On the left, go to Settings of this Facebook page.
Then, go to Linked Accounts and choose Instagram.
If you have any warnings, make sure to review them accordingly.
Finally, try to connect the Instagram account again.
Warning: If you cannot verify from neither Facebook, please check Instagram and the Meta Business Manager and make sure there are no alerts there. If need be, create a Meta Business Manager account for the Instagram and Facebook accounts, by following the steps on the Business Manager.
2. If you still unable see the IG account after making sure you have no pending errors then:
Try the following steps:
Go to Social Accounts and click on Connect for Instagram.
Select Instagram and click on Continue after making sure that you have a Creator or Business Instagram Account connected to a Facebook Page that you Administer.
In the following screen make sure to select Choose edit access instead of Continue.

Make sure to select all the Instagram Accounts and the linked Facebook Pages that you want Ezcopy to have access to, here.

Make sure that all the permissions are selected, scroll till the end and click Continue.

Lastly, select all the Instagram accounts that you want to connect to Ezcopy.
If the above doesn't work, try the following:
Make sure you switch to your personal account on Facebook (Not a Page).
Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations and click on "Ezcopy".
In the popup, make sure that you've given Ezcopy access to all the required permissions.

Once you done with that, try adding the missing Instagram account one more time.
Lastly, if you still have no luck, try this solution:
Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations one more time and click on "Ezcopy".
Click on Remove on the right of "Ezcopy" integration.

You can also click on View and Edit and in the popup, scroll down and click on "Remove".
